The association watches government including
non-elected bureaucrats, to see that lawmakers know the needs and
desires of property owners.
Newsletters are received monthly and contain
information of specific interest to owners and managers of property.
Forms and leases are available for rental application,
leases, rental agreements, tenant check-in/check-out, legal notice
for non-payment of rent and eviction, along with copies of Federal,
State and Local news relating to rental (income) property.
Membership meetings are held eight times a
year and feature speakers presenting information and ideas for
the income property owner. Meetings also provide the opportunity
to network with other income property owners. The annual banquet
and election of officers is held in September.
Discounts are provided from Associate Members
that offer materials and services needed in the rental housing
industry.
Legal fees are provided at a discounted rate.
The Association realizes that the problems and legal issues affecting
one member could affect all our futures.
